We are hiring a talented Service Writer professional to join our team. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicle, and perform any additional follow up, listening carefully to customer descriptions and assess the vehicle to determine the best repair plan, advising the customer on the auto repairs that you recommend and offer a pricing quote, communicating with parts sellers and technicians to make sure everything needed is on hand, providing updates to customers as their work is completed, answering detailed questions about services performed and price information, scheduling appointments over the phone.
